Hello Jessica, I think it looks great. The subtle overlap in the spine to head motion feels super natural and the slight head turn at the end adds feelings. What I think might help with the arm is to shift its timing slightly behind the spine then add some easing in/easing out so it doesn't look like both start moving at exactly the same time and perhaps put in a bit of a curve to its motion, sort of like a small 8-figure instead of the straight back and forth. Good luck!
It has some really nice texture in the timing. I might try adding some anticipation before the bigger, sweeping movements. There also seems to be a strange pop on the hanging arm, but that just might have to do with the poses that were given on the 11 rig version. But it's looking good so far!
