Kathy McNeal here, Had to delete my first version of this because I keep forgetting to say my name. Anyway... Haha, it's very cute so far, I like where you're taking it. As she's waggling her finger, the head does sort of a jiggle which perhaps needs to be more clear. Is she shaking her head with her finger, if so, move the head back in fourth with off-setted timing to the finger. At the end of the whole motion, her wrist goes down so abruptly that for a second I thought she was saying "turn around" I had to look closely to see that it was still just the up and down motion. Probably because of the other hand hip action, which is awesome by the way. Perhaps make it a bit more subtle? Amazing work so far!
Very nice smooth action and secondary action with the blinking of the eyes.
I would try changing the left hand so that it lands on the torso while she is pointing up. This may give a buildup to the final pose. And it will strengthen the pose when she is pointing up.
