Here is my first pass of the pointing exercise.

  1. Kathy McNeal here, I like the feeling I'm getting from this. She feels alive. One question on the camera, is it already set to that spot in the blocking? Is there a way to move it just slightly? I ask because as her pointing finger is the focal point of the whole scene, I would like to see it stay within the safety frame, as opposed to getting cut off at the end. Also her head snaps forward very fast in the last part of the coming down movement, maybe make that a bit more smooth. Overall I really like this one, just a bit more polishing and you're good.

  2. My name is Steven Celiceo and I am here to crit this piece. I love how organic it feels but there are a few problems with it. The shoulder doesn't rotate much so it feels very static. The head and forearm are twinning a bit and it looks as though the head is hitting it's apex at the same time that the hand is starting it's follow through animation which is sort of making a tangent in time. but it looks awesome and and feels human.
