Also when she gets up the feet shouldn't just slide that evenly into place, you need to show how the character gets up more, shoot more reference, or pay more attention to how the body moves when its getting up. The pelvis and the rib cage need to move more, right now they are standing still while the arms and legs are moving. Also I dont understand the last pose, what kind of attitude are you trying to convey? Please change the camera angle.
